  • Inside, photograph only your own bowl
  • No holding a place in line for friends who arrive later
  • No smoking, including while in line
  • Buy your meal ticket when you near the front of the line. Ask for less, half or firm noodles when you show your ticket (not after you sit down)
  • Extra noodles only with the large ramen
  • No “mashimashi” (extra-extra) toppings. Garlic is added only if you ask for it
  • Asking for abura (back fat) automatically adds karame (extra soy tare) as well; say so in your call if you do not want it

The root of the family tree. Founded in 1968 near Toritsu-Daigaku Station, then moved to Mita, and to the current site in 1996.
