• No smoking anywhere on the premises, including in line
• No saving places in line for others, and no cutting in
• Children who cannot eat on their own are not allowed in; one bowl per person
• The ticket machine takes ¥1,000 bills and coins only (no change given for larger bills)
• No requests for mashi, mashi-mashi (extra toppings), firm noodles, no fat, etc. Your topping call can be ninniku (garlic), yasai (bean sprouts and cabbage), abura (back fat), karame (stronger seasoning) or sonomama (as is)
• Do not bring your own seasonings; drinks only if bought from the shop's vending machine
• No videos, and no photos with people in them
• Sit where staff direct you and do not change seats
• If you want to order two bowls at once, ask the owner first (it may not be possible when busy)
